There’s no shortage of ways to bond with your kids. Some parents do it by watching movies together, some by going to the park, some by having being arrested together for fighting over Legos.

Ash Mills of Melbourne has a different approach: He learns gymnastics from his 9 year old daughter, Alex.

Some attempts go better than others, but the 41 year old father doesn’t give up, often to fans’ amusement.

Against all odds, Mills has only been injured once.

‘I was doing a flip on a trampoline and I shot backwards and hit the edge of it. That really hurt,’ he said.

‘Otherwise I have been lucky. If I fall I just pick myself up again.’
